Retail store owners were stuck with outdated, offline POS systems that offered no real-time insights, no multi-store support, and zero visibility into profit margins. Managing inventory, tracking returns, and printing receipts were all disconnected processes causing daily operational friction.
The Solution
PureSyntax built SwiftPOS — a cloud-based multi-tenant SaaS POS system deployed on Railway (backend) and Vercel (frontend). The platform features a real-time cashier interface with barcode scanning, full inventory management with cost and sale price tracking, a sales and returns system with per-product refund validation, 80mm thermal receipt printing, a live revenue dashboard that deducts refunds, profit and margin reports, OTP email verification via Resend, math CAPTCHA for security, a SuperAdmin panel for tenant management, and role-based access for SuperAdmins, Store Owners, and Cashiers.
